First things first.
If you suspect that you may have heavy metal toxicity you should get tested.
To get tested for heavy metal toxicity is very easy. All you have to do is take 500 mg of DMSA (Available on the website under “products”) and for the next 12 hours, collect all of your urine. You can do this anytime that is convenient for you. When the lab has finished analyzing your urine they will send you the results and you will be able to see whether or not you are toxic with heavy metals. It usually takes abut 10 days to get the results back.

When the ultraviolet light of the sun strikes the skin it stimulates the skin to convert cholesterol to an inactive form of Vitamin D and from there it goes to the kidneys to produce the active form of Vitamin D. (It is important to note that ultraviolet light can be from any source, not just the sun. However, it has to be the proper wavelength to be effective.)
