![]() Dr, Ben Rothstein Throughout my training and years in practice, I have addressed groups of all sizes on a wide range of issues. It became clear that whether I was speaking to a single patient or to a group of professionals, I am able to communicate complex topics so that they could be easily understood. I am now recognized as a physician who truly is a professional speaker, not just a doctor who speaks. In informative, humorous and inspiring presentations, I empower participants to Improve Their Brain and Keep Their Edge.My seminars will shed new light on the causes of brain fog and teach you how to maximize your brain's potential so that your brain will function at its very best, for the rest of your life. If you are unable to attend one of Dr. Rothstein's seminars, you can purchase a CD of his seminar here. Educational Background I graduated in 1977 from The University of Maryland-Baltimore County with a B.A. in Biology and Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery University where I earned my Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) in 1981. My medical career and journey began in 1983 when I served 3 years as a physician in the US Army at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases. In 1986 I began my private practice in Baltimore, Maryland, during which time I developed expertise in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy; anti-aging treatments; treating pain and injuries, both chronic and acute; and treating "incurable diseases". I was the medical consultant to Age Diagnostic Laboratories, lecture at medical conferences and speak to the lay public frequently. I now give seminars to physicians as well as to the general public on a variety of aging-related topics. I have been:
My passion for healing has always gone beyond the confines of traditional Western medicine. I have always been committed to doing whatever it was that was in the best interest of my patient. In addition to the usual traditional medical care, "complementary and alternative" medicine, taking into account the patient's emotional needs, nutrition, structure, energy, and toxic exposures. This had 2 striking results; 1. it resulted in a very high success rate, even curing the "incurable" and 2. it evoked the ire of the Maryland Board of Physicians. As a result, the Maryland Board of Physicians elected to revoke my license, not because anyone was injured, complained, or failed to respond to treatment but because I could not compromise my values. In the approximately 1,700 charts that they examined they found that my patients all did well. However, they reported it in an entirely different light.
